Privacy Policy
This policy describes how information submitted for a Govinda Sales Audit booking request is handled. Last updated: 12 October 2026.
Information collected
When you request a Sales Audit, the form asks for your full name, WhatsApp number and business category. Your visit may include campaign source parameters. Cal ID separately requests information such as your email address and qualification answers when you select a booking time, under its own privacy terms.
Why we collect it
Govinda Kshetri and his team use these details to process your requested audit, manage the booking, and contact you about that session. They are not collected for unrelated marketing without further appropriate consent.
Where information is kept
After the form confirms successful submission, your details are stored through Cloudflare D1, or Workers KV in legacy configurations. This setup is designed to retain contact records for up to 180 days, subject to periodic deletion and applicable retention requirements. Authorized team members may receive notifications through an email provider when configured.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides website infrastructure and lead storage. Cal ID handles appointment scheduling and confirmations. If enabled, Resend sends lead notifications to the team. Those providers process data under their respective terms and policies.
